I have been with Forged Physiques for a year and I would 100% recommend Matt for personal training. I am 60lbs down and could have not done it without him. He is the first personal trainer I’ve ever had and the first one I found when I was shopping around for a PT. He knew my struggles, understood my goals, understood the difficulty and how scared I was to start the journey. There were days I was ready to give up, but he always kept pushing me and I’m really thankful for that. Matt really loves what he does and is always looking out for the best interest of the client. He is able to adapt to client needs and create modified workouts if necessary. A year later I feel really good and it feels great to have 60lbs gone forever. Now we’re going into year 2 with more goals and I’m so excited he’s still apart of this journey with me.

I have always loved the gym, but decided to take my journey to a new level with the goal of competing in a bikini competition. I began working with Forged Physiques because I was looking to learn more, have my form critiqued, and be pushed to my limits! In the short time I have worked with him, I have drastically improved while losing 15 pounds in the process! I have learned so much from him and appreciate that he modifies his teaching style based on his clients. Forged Physiques is client-centered and provides each client with a unique experience.

Several months ago I approached Matt looking to gain some size. I had plateaued at around 175 lbs and was hovering there despite how much I ate and trained. After just under four months working with Matt, I had gained 41 lbs and was sitting at 216 lbs, the heaviest I had ever been. 
Through Matt's diet and training, I had maintained visible abs and muscle striation throughout the entire bulk; putting on lean, natural mass.
I highly recommend Matt for anyone trying to put on quality size.
