Training and Non-Training Day Diet

Written specifically with macros listed per day and per meal to give the client flexibility and the opportunity to live a sustainable lifestyle but also gives them an idea of things they can eat. Meal plans do not have to be boring (No one wants to eat just chicken and rice)

Cardio Regimen

Cardio is written specifically and will be in multiple different forms customized for the individual with their goals in mind. This could include LISS, MISS, HIIT, functional HIIT.

Supplementation Protocol

Recommendations on supplementation strategies to bring your physique to the next level and to make sure health is the #1 Priority.


Customized training to fit your goals sent monthly to keep your body responding. Training goes hand and hand with nutrition and if these don’t match up you are missing out on optimal results.

Weekly check ins/adjustments

Adjustments are made weekly as necessary. Client will provide proper biofeedback regarding to training, strength, stress, digestion, appetite, energy, etc. to make proper changes to the plan of action to keep you on the right path.
